Grapes grown in the Moscato d’ Asti area
Pale straw yellow color. Fresh, aromatic, on the nose. A sweet slightly fizzy wine, with excellent balance between freshness and softness– Lovely hints of pear, pineapple and tropical fruit.
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Soft pressing of the grapes, the must is kept in cold storage at 0 °C until the time of fermentation that takes place in autoclaves. The fermentation is stopped when the wine reaches 5.5% alcohol so as to retain some of the sugars in the grapes
MINIMUM ALCOHOLIC CONTENT
Excellent dessert wine, goes well with sweets and pastries such as Easter cakes and panettone and fresh fruit such as strawberries and raspberries. Wonderfully refreshing in summer.
