``MAESTRALE`` BARBERA d'ALBA SUPERIORE D.O.C.
Grapes grown in the villages of Diano d’Alba, Roddino and
Scarlet colour. Deep, intense bouquet with fruity aromas of
vanilla and liquorice. Full-bodied taste with hints of plum and spice on the finsih.
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
It is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 8-10 days at a
controlled temperature, between 25°C and 31°C. It is then aged in one year old barriques for 14 months
MINIMUM ALCOHOL CONTENT
It is great with game, pork, strong cheeses and heavier pasta dishes.
